Acceptance & Use of This Site

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of lifestyledbykelsey.com and its content. The site is operated by Kelsey Van Brocklin, doing business as LifeStyled by Kelsey ("LifeStyled by Kelsey," "I," "me," or "my"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is intended for a general adult audience. I grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use it for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the site or another visitor; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; use the site unlawfully; scrape, crawl, or extract content at scale through automated means; or republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the original text, photographs, graphics, branding, design elements, selection, and arrangement of content on this site are owned by or licensed to LifeStyled by Kelsey and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials belonging to brands, retailers, creators, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You are welcome to link to public pages and share brief excerpts for genuine commentary or recommendation if you clearly credit LifeStyled by Kelsey and link to the original page. Messages, Feedback & Submissions

Messages you send through the contact form or by email remain your communications and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information, trade secrets, or material you are not authorized to share unless we have first agreed in writing to receive it on that basis.

If you voluntarily send a suggestion, idea, testimonial, or other feedback about the site or its content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and grant me a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and share that feedback for operating, improving, or promoting LifeStyled by Kelsey. This does not give me ownership of your private correspondence, override the Privacy Policy, or replace the terms of a separate written brand or services agreement.

Site Access

I may update, remove, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, or limit access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, protection of rights, or operation of the business. I do not guarantee that any post, link, feature, or service will remain available. Provisions that by their nature should continue after access ends—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and governing-law provisions—will survive.

Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving King County, Washington, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement that applies to a particular relationship, are the entire agreement concerning your use of the site.

I may revise these Terms as the site or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and apply from that date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
