This Privacy Policy explains how Kelsey Van Brocklin, doing business as LifeStyled by Kelsey ("LifeStyled by Kelsey," "I," "me," or "my"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lifestyledbykelsey.com, contact me, subscribe to communications, or interact with features on this website.

By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described below. This policy applies only to LifeStyled by Kelsey and not to websites, apps, or services operated independently by other companies.

Information you provide directly may include your name, email address, selected topic, message, and anything else you choose to include when you use the contact form or email me. When you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your name and email address.

What is available depends on your browser, hosting provider, and the features you use. I do not use this information to identify you personally unless needed for security, legal compliance, or troubleshooting.

How We Use Information

I use information to operate and improve the site; respond to questions, partnership inquiries, and other messages; deliver communications you request; understand which content is useful; prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and protect my rights and the rights and safety of others.

I may combine information collected through different parts of the site when reasonably necessary for these purposes. I do not use contact-form messages or newsletter details for purposes that are materially different from those described here without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent where required.

Newsletter, Analytics & Cookies

Newsletter signup information is processed through Kit so I can manage the mailing list and deliver the monthly newsletter. Newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe at any time, though I may retain limited suppression-list information so that I can honor your request not to receive future marketing emails.

I plan to use Vercel Web Analytics to understand site traffic. In its standard privacy-focused configuration, it reports anonymous, aggregated page-view information without third-party analytics cookies or persistent profiles that follow visitors across websites. The site may still use technologies necessary to deliver pages, remember technical settings, prevent abuse, or support embedded third-party content. You can control cookies and similar storage through your browser, although blocking them may affect some features.

Cookies & Consent

Essential storage in your browser, including a cookie and local storage, remembers your cookie-consent choice and whether you dismissed the newsletter popup or completed a successful signup. This functional storage is necessary for those site features and is not optional tracking. Analytics & marketing storage remains off unless you give affirmative consent. Your consent preference lasts for six months.

You can reopen Cookie settings at any time using the link in the site footer to review or change your choice.

Third Parties & Data Sharing

I may disclose information to companies that provide services needed to operate the site and communications, such as hosting and analytics, email-list management, contact-form email delivery, and content management. These providers may include Vercel, Kit, Resend, and Sanity, depending on the feature involved. I may also disclose information when you direct or consent to it, when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the site.

The site includes links to and content from independent services such as LTK, TikTok, Instagram, ShopMy, and Amazon. When you load an embed, click a link, or make a purchase, that service may collect information, use cookies or similar technologies, and apply its own privacy policy. I do not control those independent practices. LifeStyled by Kelsey does not sell your personal information.

Retention & Security

I retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing requested services, maintaining business and suppression records, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention may vary based on the type of information and the systems used. Service providers may retain information under their own documented schedules and legal obligations.

I use reasonable administrative and technical measures suited to a small online business to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices & Privacy Rights

You can choose not to submit information, unsubscribe from newsletter emails, adjust browser privacy settings, or avoid interacting with third-party embeds and links. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses.

I will respond as required by applicable law. These rights may have exceptions, including when information must be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, please contact me so I can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

International Visitors & Policy Updates

LifeStyled by Kelsey is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your home country.
